The best bet is to contact our Secretary Dave Sweet and tell him that you are intending to visit the club alternatively can just turn up on the night. Phoning before hand ensures that we can look out for you and sort out runners of a similar standard who are running the distance you want to run.  Dave's contact details can be found here.
